CapitaLand Ascott Trust (SGX:HMN) utilized further proceeds worth SG$7.1 million from its 2023 equity fund raising exercise on Monday, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on the same day.
The proceeds were used to finance the extension and renovation of a hotel in Australia and to finance a serviced residence in the UK.
As of Jan. 27, the trust has so far utilized SG$220.7 million of the total SG$303.1 million proceeds.
