CLP Holdings (HKG:0002) has completed the redemption of all outstanding securities under a $500 million perpetual subordinated capital securities issued by unit CLP Power HK Finance, a Monday bourse filing said.
The issuer has applied to the Hong Kong stock exchange for the withdrawal of the listing, which is expected to become effective Feb. 7.
