Sun Hung Kai Properties (HKG:0016) won the bid for a residential area in Sha Tin for HK$606 million, The Standard reported Tuesday.
The property, Sha Tin Town Lot No. 651, has an area of 3,600 square meters, the report said.
The plot is close to a station of the MTR (HKG:0066) and will feature small to medium-sized residences, with the investment totaling HK$2.3 billion, the report said.
