Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31, expressed as the sum of net interest income and non-interest income, was $148.5 million, up from $137.7 million a year earlier.
Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $147.1 million.
The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.34 per share; payable on March 17 to shareholders of record as of March 3.
