Polaris (PII) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.92 per diluted share, down from $1.98 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $1.76 billion, down from $2.29 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.68 billion.
For 2025, the company said it expects adjusted diluted EPS to decline 65% and sales to decrease 1% to 4% compared with 2025. Analysts polled by FactSet expect adjusted EPS of $2.94 on revenue of $7.00 billion.
Shares of the company were down 7% in premarket activity.
