Andy Wiederhorn, Founder of FAT Brands Inc., has served on the Board of Directors since its formation and became Chairman in March 2023. Mr. Wiederhorn served as President and Chief Executive Officer of FAT Brands Inc. from 2017 to 2023. Prior to FAT Brands Inc., Mr. Wiederhorn previously founded and served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fog Cutter Capital Group Inc., Wilshire Financial Services Group Inc. and Wilshire Credit Corporation.
