KPI Green Energy (NSE:KPIGREEN, BOM:542323) has signed a memorandum of understanding with the state government of Odisha, India, to establish renewable energy parks in the district of Ganjam in the state, according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian bourses.
Shares of the company were up 5% in recent trade.
