1320 ET - Bain Capital has proposed taking private outpatient healthcare company Surgery Partners at an equity value of about $3.27 billion. The Boston firm proposed paying $25.75 a share to acquire the shares it doesn't already own, representing a 21% premium to Monday's closing price of $21.25, a securities filing shows.
