Dover (DOV) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Thursday of $2.20 per diluted share, up from $2.18 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.08.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $1.93 billion, up from $1.90 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.95.
For 2025, the industrial parts company expects adjusted diluted EPS of $9.30 to $9.50 on annual revenue growth of 2% to 4%. Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $9.32 on revenue of $8.07 billion.
Shares were up around 2% in premarket activity.
