Bromat (SGX:9I7) received a letter of demand from The Scarlet Hotel in relation to an outstanding rental of the sum of SG$63,209 plus accrued interest, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The sum is to be paid within seven days from the date of the letter and the company is now in the process of negotiation with the landlord.
