Stoneweg EREIT's (SGX:CWBU) subsidiary, Stoneweg EREIT Lux Finco, issued 500 million euros worth of 4.25% green bonds on Jan. 30, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The bonds, maturing in 2031, are issued under the company's 1.5 billion euros medium-term bond program and are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Perpetual Asia.
Meanwhile, the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading has granted an approval in-principle for the dealing and quotation of the bonds.
The bonds were listed on the SGX on Jan. 31.
