Sembcorp Industries (SGX:U96) awarded 660,000 shares to its employees worth nearly SG$3.5 million, under its performance share plan 2020, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
Following the issue of these shares, the total number of treasury shares has decreased to 7,843,424 shares.
