Nanoveu (ASX:NVU) appointed Siyuan (Raymond) Chen as chief financial officer, effective immediately, the company said in a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Chen, who succeeds Naomi Haydari, previously held senior positions at various Australian Securities Exchange-listed companies, including Iluka Resources (ASX:ILU), the filing said.
Nanoveu's shares surged past 9% in recent Tuesday trade.
