Jubilee Industries (SGX:NHD) wholly owned subsidiary, WE Total Engineering and Mclean agreed to extend the conditional period for the sale and purchase agreement for the sale of WE's plastic business for a period of one month to March 7.
Under the agreement, conditions precedent were slated to be fulfilled by Feb. 7, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
In an earlier filing, WE Total Engineering agreed to sell its plastic business to MClean Technologies.
