Paladin Energy's (ASX:PDN) Canadian operating company, Fission Uranium, signed a mutual benefits agreement with Buffalo River Dene Nation over the Patterson Lake South project in the Athabasca Basin, Canada, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The agreement outlines Fission Uranium and Buffalo River Dene Nation's collaboration to shape and share the economic and social benefits of the project's development in the region, confirming their support and consent throughout all phases, from development to decommissioning and reclamation, the filing said.
Shares fell past 3% in morning trade Monday.
