Spirit AeroSystems Holdings (SPR) said Friday it has obtained shareholder approval for its acquisition by Boeing (BA).
The transaction is set to close mid-2025, subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions, Spirit said.
Spirit said it will continue to operate independently until the transaction closes.
