Cincinnati Financial raised its quarterly dividend by 7.4% to 87 cents.
The company on Friday said that its board of directors approved raising its payout to 87 cents a share from 81 cents.
The new payout, equal to $3.48 annually, represents a yield of 2.5%, based on the company's latest closing price of $137.05.
The dividend will be paid on April 15.
