Bocom International Holdings (HKG:3329) unit Preferred Investment Management acquired $5 million of certain bonds issued by Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank in the over-the-counter market on Jan. 27, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The bonds make up part of an issue of $500 million 3.5% bonds issued on March 31, 2022, by the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and falling due on March 31, 2027.
Preferred Investment Management had already acquired another batch of the said bonds for $4.9 million on Jan. 15.
Both purchases were made through the group's internal resources and are for investment purposes.
