Adventus (SGX:5EF) completed the placement of 855,000,000 shares priced at SG$0.0018 per share, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
In an earlier filing, the company had secured in-principle approval from the Singapore Exchange to list and quote up to 855 million new ordinary shares to raised around SG$1.5 million.
