BioXcel Therapeutics (BTAI) said Thursday it will implement a 1-for-16 reverse stock split of its shares to help regain compliance with the minimum bid price listing rule on the Nasdaq.
The company said the shares will start trading on a split-adjusted basis on Feb. 10.
Shares of BioXcel were down about 35% in recent trading.
