Japan Airlines Plane Struck a Delta Plane While Taxiing: FAA -- Barrons.com

The wing of a Japan Airlines plane struck the tail of a Delta Air Lines plane while the two were taxiing at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport on Wednesday, the Federal Aviation Administration said.

The FAA temporarily paused some flights to the airport after the incident, which occurred at 10:40 a.m. local time (1:40 p.m. Eastern). The regulator said it would investigate.

Delta shares were unchanged in after-hours trading.
