Skyworks Solutions (SWKS) named Philip Brace as chief executive officer, effective Feb. 17.
He succeeds Liam Griffin, who will remain in an advisory role for three months to help ensure a smooth transition, Skyworks said Wednesday in a statement.
Griffin also stepped down as a member of the board of directors, and Christine King, lead independent director since 2019, was appointed board chair.
Separately, Brace stepped down as executive chairman of the Inseego (INSG) board of directors.
Jeff Tuder was appointed as independent chairman of the board, effective immediately, Inseego said Wednesday in a statement.
