Pure Hydrogen (ASX:PH2) completed the handover of a hydrogen fuel cell-powered rear loader garbage truck to client waste management firm Solo Resource Recover, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The hydrogen fuel cell-powered rear loader garbage truck is a first in Australia, the filing said.
The truck will begin operations initially in Adelaide in South Australia, following a launch in Victoria, per the filing.
The firm confirmed that it received Australia Design Rule approval for this type of truck, allowing it to automatically register new vehicles of this type.
