Little Green Pharma (ASX:LGP) completed the acquisition of HHI (Australia), the owner of the Health House medicinal cannabis distribution business, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company made a AU$171,000 initial payment of the AU$300,000 total cash consideration, with the remaining balance due within 40 days of Health House's working capital position determination on Jan. 31, the filing said.
