CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Reports Higher DPU in H2 2024

CapitaLand Ascendas REIT's (SGX:A17U) distribution per unit or DPU was up 3.2% in the second half of 2024 to SG$0.07681 from SG$0.07441 a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

Total amount available for distribution rose 3.4% to SG$338.0 million from SG$326.9 million in the comparable period.

Net property income rose to SG$521.5 million from SG$514.3 million.

Gross revenue declined to SG$753.0 million from SG$761.7 million.

Portfolio occupancy stood at 92.8%, backed by a high positive average rental reversion of 11.6%.

Meanwhile, the REIT's Singapore-anchored portfolio was valued at SG$16.8 billion during the period.

Shares of the REIT were up nearly 2% in recent trading.
