BBB Foods (TBBB) said late Wednesday a public offering of 21 million class A common shares by certain selling shareholders was priced at $28.25 per share.

The offering is expected to close around Friday, the company said.

The underwriters have an option to purchase up to about 3.2 million additional shares, BBB Foods said.
