HPI (ASX:HPI) reported Friday fiscal first-half earnings of AU$ 0.0849 per diluted share, up from AU$ 0.0485 per diluted share a year earlier.
Total revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$41.9 million, compared with AU$41.2 million a year earlier.
Adjusted funds from operations were AU$19.7 million, up 6.5% from AU$18.5 million last year.
For fiscal 2025, the company reaffirmed its distribution guidance of AU$0.197 per security.
The board declared a dividend of AU$ 0.033 per stapled security, payable on Feb. 7 to shareholders on record as of Dec. 31, 2024.
