Honda Motor (HMC) and Nissan may terminate their business integration talks, Japanese newspaper Asahi Shimbun reported Tuesday, citing sources.
Both companies will hold board meetings in the near future to discuss ending the merger talks, the sources reportedly told Asahi.
Honda did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
