REA Group (ASX:REA) Chief Executive Owen Wilson said the Australian property market reached a more balanced level of supply and demand after growth in sustained listings, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
Continued strength in underlying fundamentals and the expectation of at least one cut in the interest rate by the central bank before the end of fiscal year 2025 should further support the market, the filing added.
The firm is investing in the next generation of consumer experiences, he said.
