** Huatai Securities expects DeepSeek to help boost commercialization of downstream AI applications and Lenovo is set to benefit as consumers replace PCs with AI PCs
** "We also believe the development of DeepSeek may catalyse the rotation from companies focused on AI infrastructure and hardware (upstream) to AI software and applications (downstream)," HSBC wrote in a research note
