Teladoc Health (TDOC) said Wednesday it agreed to acquire Catapult Health for $65 million in cash and up to $5 million in additional contingent earnouts.
The deal is expected to close in Q1, at which point Catapult will become part of Teladoc's integrated care division, the company said.
Teladoc said the acquisition supports its efforts to grow membership, broaden services, expand internationally, and advance its scaled mental health offerings.
TDOC shares were 0.4% higher in recent premarket activity.
