Vertical Aerospace (EVTL) said in a regulatory filing Friday that some stockholders may sell up to 104 million shares of the company from time to time.
The company said it won't get any proceeds from the sale of the shares.
The prospectus also covers the issuance by the company of up to 20 million shares underlying warrants.
