Halcyon Agri (SGX:5VJ) has decided not to continue with the company's business updates for Q1 and Q3, starting from the third quarter of 2024, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
This follows the company receiving a notification of delisting from the Singapore Exchange and is already making preparations for its delisting in relation to an exit offer proposal.
