Magnetite Mines (ASX:MGT) Chief Financial Officer Simon Smith has resigned from the company, effective March 7, the company said in a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The miner has engaged the services of consultant Mark McManus to support commercial negotiations and transactions as the mining firm advances with its strategic partnering activities to develop the Razorback iron ore project, the filing said.
