RLF AgTech (ASX:RLF) raised AU$2.4 million through an entitlement offer and shortfall placement, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The firm raised AU$1.5 million via an entitlement offer, the filing said.
In a shortfall applied under the issuance, it allocated AU$874,304 in an oversubscribed placement, the filing added.
The firm plans to seek a quotation of the options issued under the entitlement issuance if the requirements of the Australian bourse are met and it is accessing the eligibility of the quotation.
The firm's shares jumped 10% in recent trading on Friday.
