AAT provides comprehensive cargo handling services while Sats HK delivers a full spectrum of ground handling services.
Sats group subsidiary, Asia Airfreight Terminal (AAT) and Sats HK, a joint venture (JV) between Hong Kong Airlines and Sats have established a partnership with DHL Aviation.
The collaboration with DHL Air Capacity Sales (ACS), the commercial division of DHL Aviation brings together AAT’s cargo expertise and Sats HK’s specialised ground handling capabilities to enhance the city’s position as a key air cargo hub.
Since the partnership began in January, AAT and DHL’s network carriers have handled more than 50 weekly freighter operations.
Meanwhile, Sats HK provides ramp handling solutions, ensuring seamless ground operations for these carriers at Hong Kong International Airport. AAT provides comprehensive cargo handling services while Sats HK delivers a full spectrum of ground handling services.
Paul Ennis, vice president of ACS’s global operations at DHL, says: “We are delighted to partner with AAT and Sats HK in Hong Kong, further extending our successful cooperation with Sats in Asia. Shares in Sats closed 1 cent higher or 0.31% up at $3.26 on Feb 6.
