Ellipsiz (SGX:BIX) receveid the remaining balance of SG$146,880, amounting to 5% of the consideration for the disposal of its 51% stake in Axis-Tec, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange Wednesday.
In an earlier filing, the company entered into a sale and purchase agreement for the disposal of its 51% stake in Axis-Tec for a total consideration of SG$2.0 million.
Shares of the company were down over 2% in recent trading.
