Hao Tian International Construction Investment Group (HKG:1341) agreed to cooperate with Jiangsu Lettall Electronic (SHA:603629) for a joint venture in the field of artificial intelligence, a Friday bourse filing said.
The parties plan to establish a joint venture for the development of AI computing power resources and 5G big data-related business in Southeast Asia among other relevant businesses, including AI computing power leasing, AI data empowerment service, and R&D and commercial cooperation.
The parties plan to use the company's land resources in Port Dickson, Malaysia, to establish an AI data center and operation base, with Lettall Electronic investing in the hardware, software, and other relevant settings.
