JB Hi-Fi (ASX:JBH) reported Monday that its earnings per diluted share in the fiscal first half rose to AU$2.60, from AU$2.41 per diluted share a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Visible Alpha were expecting EPS of AU$2.54.
Revenue for the half year ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$5.67 billion, up from AU$5.16 billion in the same period last year. Analysts surveyed by Visible Alpha expected AU$5.53 billion.
The board declared a dividend of AU$1.70 per share, up from AU$1.58 in the previous reported period, payable on March 7 to shareholders on record as of Feb. 21.
