Zhongtai Futures (HKG:1461) agreed to renew its financial services agreement with Zhongtai Securities (SHA:600918) by splitting the agreement into separate agreements for different types of transactions, a Monday bourse filing said.
The group has entered into an introducing broker services agreement and a financial products services agreement with Zhongtai Securities, whereas security brokerage and other financial services will be fully exempt under the regulations.
The annual caps set for the transactions contemplated under the group's daily investment amount for the purchase of financial products are 330 million yuan for 2025, 350 million yuan for 2026, and 370 million yuan for 2027.
The annual caps set for the management fees contemplated under the purchase of financial products agreement are 4.0 million yuan for 2025, 4.2 million yuan for 2026, and 4.4 million yuan for 2027.
