Jiangsu Lopal Tech's (HKG:2465) unit LBM New Energy (AP) has completed the issue and allotment of 45.35% of its enlarged share capital to two investors, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Following completion, LBM New Energy remains a unit of the automotive specialty chemicals company through subsidiary Changzhou Liyuan New Energy Technology.
The parties had first entered into an agreement regarding the sale in December 2024.
