** Shares of Nanoveu NVU.AX rise 14.6% to A$0.055, their highest level since November 13, 2024

** Nanotechnology co says it has executed binding share sale agreement to acquire Embedded A.I. Systems, a system-on-chip semiconductor designing firm

** More than 6 million shares change hands, 1.4 times the 30-day average of about 2.9 million shares

** Stock has risen 64.7% this year, including current session's moves
