Prospera Global (SGX:5HH), formerly Sinjia Land, is reallocating SG$800,000 from business expansion funds to working capital, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The shift follows its August 2024 share placement, which raised SG$2.5 million. Funds will now support manpower, compliance costs, and operations as the company focuses on organic growth in financial services.
Prospera has spent SG$1.9 million, including SG$840,000 on manpower and SG$318,000 on professional fees.
