Central Petroleum's (ASX:CTP) Chair Mick McCormack will step down and leave the board on April 30, the company said in an Australian bourse filing on Feb. 7.
The company said that the board has unanimously supported the non-executive director, Agu Kantsler, in taking up the role of chair.
Kantsler has over 45 years of experience in the international and Australian upstream oil and gas industry, including more than 20 years in senior leadership and 12 years on boards of listed and private companies like Oil Search, the filing added.
