Aeries Technology (AERT) said Wednesday that Ajay Khare, a founding partner of the company, was named as its chief executive officer to succeed Sudhir Panikassery.
Panikassery will transition to the role of nonexecutive chairman from the CEO post, according to the company.
Aeries Technology also said Daniel Webb was appointed as its chief financial officer and will remain as chief investment officer.
