China Shenhua Energy (HKG:1088, SHA:601088) completed the acquisition of Hangjin Energy from China Energy Investment for 852.6 million yuan on Tuesday, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
Hangjin Energy engages mainly in the investment and construction of the Taran Gaole Coal Field in Mongolia, sales of purchased coal, and coal mining, among other things.
