Flowers Foods (FLO) said Tuesday it priced a public offering of $500 million in 5.75% Senior Notes due 2035 and $300 million in 6.2% Senior Notes due 2055.
The company said the 2035 Notes will mature on March 15, 2035, while the 2055 Notes will mature on March 15, 2055.
Proceeds from the offering, expected to close on Friday, would be used along with cash on hand to fund its acquisition of Purposeful Foods, pay related fees and expenses, and for general corporate purposes.
