Aureus Greenway Holdings said late Tuesday that it has priced an initial public offering of 3.8 million shares at $4.00 per share for a total of $15 million of gross proceeds.
The shares are expected to begin Nasdaq trading on Wednesday under the ticker symbol "AGH." The offering is expected to close Thursday, the Florida golf course operator said.
The company said it is offering 3 million of the shares while certain stockholders will sell the rest.
