Footwear company Crocs (NASDAQ:CROX) will be reporting earnings tomorrow before the bell. Here’s what to look for.

Crocs beat analysts’ revenue expectations by 1.1% last quarter, reporting revenues of $1.06 billion, up 1.6% year on year. It was a mixed quarter for the company, with a solid beat of analysts’ constant currency revenue estimates but EPS guidance for next quarter missing analysts’ expectations significantly.

This quarter, analysts are expecting Crocs’s revenue to be flat year on year at $962.6 million, slowing from the 1.6% increase it recorded in the same quarter last year. Adjusted earnings are expected to come in at $2.26 per share.

Analysts covering the company have generally reconfirmed their estimates over the last 30 days, suggesting they anticipate the business to stay the course heading into earnings. Crocs has missed Wall Street’s revenue estimates three times over the last two years.

Looking at Crocs’s peers in the consumer discretionary segment, some have already reported their Q4 results, giving us a hint as to what we can expect. Deckers delivered year-on-year revenue growth of 17.1%, beating analysts’ expectations by 5.5%, and Skechers reported revenues up 12.8%, in line with consensus estimates. Deckers traded down 20.3% following the results while Skechers was also down 12.8%.
