Anterix (ATEX) shares were up 14% in Tuesday's premarket session after it said that it hired Morgan Stanley (MS) to conduct a strategic review process for the company.
The company said Morgan Stanley will review pricing, payment, and ownership terms along with potential collaborations with strategic partners on additional products and services.
Anterix said there is no deadline or timetable for when the strategic review will be completed.
